The workshop fosters a deeper understanding of the roles and tasks of marketing teams, enabling better collaboration among various commercial departments. Participants will appreciate the pivotal role of the sales leadership team in enhancing marketing outcomes through their insights into customer behaviour. Moreover, this program prepares sales leadership individuals for higher roles that encompass complete business responsibility, including both marketing and sales functions.

Primarily, sales leadership teams will benefit from this program. High-potential individuals (HIPOs) will gain excellent exposure to marketing fundamentals, enabling them to effectively lead commercial teams, including marketing teams.

The preferred approach is a two-day residential workshop, but we also offer an online mode with multiple short sessions (3-4 hours each) spread over one month. Our experiential learning approach combines facilitator presentations, case study discussions, participant group work, and presentations. During the workshop, we utilize current marketing planning and implementation processes within the organization for better contextual alignment.
